As a 30 year + home inspector, I use this every day. It is simple to use, is very accurate when cross checked with another instrument, is very lightweight and compact and I especially like the automatic back light on the display.

It's nice to actually see a numeric display, rather than just a noise . This unit displays the actual reading. It's a valuable adjunct to a wall mounted alarm. Then again I am an instrumentation buff.
